We have an opportunity in Massachusetts to change our marijuana laws. Currently under consideration is a bill to tax and regulate the cannabis industry, our state's largest crop after cranberries. These bills, H.2929, S. 1801 define a classification system based on THC content of A, B and C with an excise tax ranging from $150 per ounce for grade C to $250 for grade A.
All over western Massachusetts groups and organizations and businesses and communities and neighbors are re-expressing their connectivity.
